This year we are excited to announce that we will be recognizing two categories for the 2024 Thnks Gratitude in Business Awards.
We aim to honor those who have gone above and beyond in creating a culture that promotes growing business with gratitude, both internally and externally Individual category.
New for this year, we will also recognize a company that embraces gratitude as a core part of their company culture and mission in our Company category.
Dates
We will be accepting votes from August 7 through September 12th at 12 pm CDT.
Vote for one individual and one company once daily until the voting period closes.
Individual Category Prizes
Winner
- $500 in Thnks credits from the retailer of your choice
- $2,500 to the charity of the winner’s choice
Winner’s Company
- $10,000 in Thnks credits to grow your company’s business through gratitude
Finalists
- $100 in Thnks credits from the retailer of your choice
Company Category Prize
Winner
- $10,000 in Thnks Credits to grow your company’s business through gratitude
Award Timeline
Finalists Notification: July 31, 2024 at 12:00pm Central Time
Public Voting: August 7, 2024 until September 12, 2024 at 12:00pm Central Time

How The Winners Will Be Determined
The individual and company finalists will be determined by a Thnks executive panel after the submission date has passed. Based on the following criteria:
- Fostered company growth and/or individual professional development
- Created a more positive and healthy company culture
- Went above and beyond
- Represents the Thnks values (Expert, Confident, Thoughtful, Strategic)
The winners will then be determined by a public vote. The public (individuals) will be able to cast up to 1 vote a day for the duration of the voting period.
