Bulk Sending • Opened and Redeemed Notifications • "Email Me This Thnks Link" • Enable EcoCart by Default

Here are the latest updates to the Thnks platform to help you continue growing your business with gratitude!

 

Bulk Sending Tab

Pro and Enterprise users can show gratitude in bulk using our new Bulk Sending tab. Bulk sending is ideal for sending Thnks to 50+ recipients. Download and fill out the bulk sending template with all the details of your send. Then upload the file and submit it to our account management team. Please allow up to 1 business day for review. Once reviewed, one of our gratitude specialists will reach out to you to confirm and set up your bulk send.

Opened and Redeemed Notifications

Know when your Thnks have been opened and redeemed by your recipients without having to check the app! Email notifications are now on by default for all users to keep you in the loop about your Thnks’ statuses. 

Don’t want to be emailed? You can turn off notifications in your Profile under the Settings dropdown by unchecking the box next to “Receive recipient activity notifications via email.” 


"Email Me This Thnks Link"

To make it easier for you to share links directly to the Thnks you’ve sent, we replaced the “Copy Thnks” link in the details for each Thnks on the My Thnks tab with “Email me this Thnks link.”copy thnks link email (1) You will now receive an email like the example below that you can forward or copy the direct link to share with your recipient for redemption.copy thnks link email


Admin Updates:

Enable EcoCart by Default

Did you know you can now set up EcoCart to be on by default for all of your team’s Thnks sends? With EcoCart enabled by default, “Make this Thnks carbon neutral?” will be checked automatically for all users and admins of your team when they arrive on the “Add a personal touch” screen. Senders are still able to uncheck the checkbox if they prefer not to make their Thnks carbon neutral. Contact your account manager or send an email to solutions@thnks.com to have this feature turned on for your team!
