Brendan Kamm

Co-Founder & CEO

Brendan is Co-Founder and CEO of Thnks, where he is responsible for all day-to-day operations including Thnks’ strategic vision while advancing the platform’s tech capabilities and partner integrations. A media and technology veteran who spent more than 17 years focused on sales, product and client development; Brendan is recognized for his ability to leverage innovation to drive revenue. Prior to Thnks, Brendan worked as a sales and client development executive at Orion Trading, MiMedia, and Shareablee. Brendan holds a bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Larry Rubin

Founder & Exec. Chairman

Larry is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Thnks. He previously co-founded and operated the PE-backed Cross MediaWorks family of companies. Larry has 30 years of media operations management, M&A, and board experience. A lawyer by training, Larry has served in senior positions at Viacom, USA Networks (now IAC), and Citibank. Larry is a graduate of Northwestern University, received a M.A. from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and holds a J.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Michael Yoon

CTA

Michael is the Chief Technology Advisor at Thnks where he provides high-level management over the key operational and technical resources that power the Thnks platform. Michael is also the Principal and Founder of Yono Consulting as well as President and CEO of Orthosnap. He is an experienced product management and technology executive with a track record of success in top tier financial, consumer and technology companies. Michael has had experience founding a startup company from the ground up, scaling a company from millions to over $1B in revenue, and leading Enterprise Architecture to adopt Agile development in large corporate environments. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from McGill University and earned his MBA in finance at Columbia University.

Kevin Howard

SVP of Customer Experience

Kevin is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Thnks, managing client relationships and customer strategy. Prior to joining Thnks, Kevin developed strategic media solutions for many Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries including GE, Showtime Entertainment, Cigna, SeaWorld Entertainment and Bayer Consumer Care. His focus on client relationship building, strategic plan development, and a relentless pursuit of business growth are keys to his success. Under Kevin's leadership, his clients were consistently recognized with top industry awards including: Cannes, Effies, Webbys, Media Post, Creative Media Awards, and more. Kevin is a graduate of Gettysburg College with a bachelor's degree in business management.

Ella Klancic

VP of Client Partnerships

Ella is the VP of Client Partnerships at Thnks and leads the account management team with a focus on client strategy. Ella is passionate about partnering with clients to ensure their success by creating an aligned strategic plan, listening to the clients’ business needs, and fostering strong client partnerships. Ella brings 13 years of experience in Marketing & Advertising, having supported many Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, DICK's Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree, and many others. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Ella moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University.  After Belmont, she and her husband spent time living in Chicago, San Diego, and Scottsdale before returning to the Nashville area in 2020 with their dog, Arlo.

Mike DeCorso

VP of Sales

Mike leads the sales team at Thnks, managing the strategy and deployment of sales resources and building enterprise partnerships. Prior to Thnks, Mike worked in the financial services industry as a fully licensed advisor for 7 years. He transitioned to the Computer Software Industry in early 2018 where he helped Summit Sync, an early-stage startup, to acquisition. Mike graduated from New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies and earned a master’s degree from Elmira College in General Management. While at NYU, he served as a Captain for the Men's Basketball Team and upon graduation accepted a contract to play professionally in Europe.

Cooper McGoodwin

VP of Product

Cooper leads Thnks' product strategies and initiatives, focusing on growth, product design, user experience, and software development. Prior to Thnks, Cooper managed custom software development projects for several years before eventually transitioning into product management. He graduated from Babson College with a bachelor's degree in Business Management.

Bill Pirkle

VP of Marketing

Bill leads our Marketing team and focuses on Brand, Lead Generation, CRM, SEO, Social Media, and PR. Prior to joining Thnks, Bill led the Marketing function for several companies in the SaaS, Logistics, Automotive, High-Tech and Entertainment industries. He graduated from the University of Texas @ Tyler with a degree in Marketing and Management. Bill lives in Arrington, Tennessee with his wife, 2 children, and pack of rescue dogs. He also plays trombone with several professional Jazz Big Bands in the Nashville area.

Cameron Smith

Head of Strategic Initiatives

Cameron heads up organizational strategy for Thnks, manages the people team, and helps develop the Thnks marketplace. A lawyer by trade, Cameron served as counsel in both the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate. Afterwards, he built several media and content partnerships to address the lack of character he witnessed in political circles. Working with Thnks to bring gratitude back to corporate life is a natural extension of that work. 

Cameron graduated from Washington and Lee University and The University of Alabama School of Law.  Cameron, his wife, Justine, and their three sons reside in Nolensville, Tennessee.
